Custom Storybooks

Every adoption story is different. Unfortunately, the products available to tell those stories tend to be fill-in-the-blank books. Meant to Be creates one-of-a-kind storybooks. We will give you an outline of what you may want to include in the story, but you will determine the book's content. You choose the pictures. You can even write the text in your own handwriting. Custom storybooks are generally 10-12 pages, but you can add more pages to tell your story. We can even create the storybook as a board book for younger children. Custom storybooks make wonderful gifts!

Custom storybooks differ from lifebooks. The lifebook is an all-inclusive telling of your child's adoption story, including memorabilia from his home country or state and information about his birth parents and the adoption process. The lifebook is analogous to a baby book, while a storybook tells the adoption story simply, with a "once upon a time" kind of flair. Meant to Be is the only service creating custom adoption-related storybooks.
